My role is not advisory-only. I take responsibility for technical decisions, system stability, and long-term direction while staying close enough to the code and infrastructure to ensure things actually work.

Deep Systems & Engineering Foundation

My background combines hands-on software engineering with deep experience across GNU/Linux, UNIX, and BSD systems, including enterprise and legacy environments, allowing me to:

Diagnose complex issues quckly across the full stack
Understand trade-offs across application, infrastructure, and operations
Make grounded architectural and technology decisions
Balance modern tooling with system fundamentals and long-term stability
Design reliable, cost-efficient, and secure platforms

I’ve worked across everything from legacy UNIX systems to modern, containerized cloud platforms — and from low-level system behavior to application architecture and integrations.

I stay close enough to the code and infrastructure to ensure quality and direction, while remaining focused on technical ownership rather than individual tasks.

How Engagements Typically Work?

Part-time involvement (e.g. 1–3 days per week)
Monthly retainer
Usually 3–6 month engagements
Clear scope and responsibilities
Regular check-ins and reporting

The goal is to create stability, clarity, and momentum — not dependency.

Interim CTO vs Fractional CTO

Interim CTO temporary full responsibility during transitions
Fractional CTO ongoing part-time leadership
